Hi, Thankyou for following my blog:0) As to your question...... I have asked this myself! I think if you can get a bit of a following on Etsy, it's best to go there. The audience is huge compared to Folksy (I've been checking 'em both out for about 18months!) I started listing in my etsy shop just before Christmas, and (although I haven't sold anything yet,) I'm still sure it's the best shop to be in. There is also DaWanda -which is free, and MISI which is a bit more expensive. Also Folksy is a bit more expensive with a higher end fee. Hope this helps! Kind regards, Donna
Hello! My name is Verity and this blog is all about me trying to learn to do a variety of different crafts as i set up my own craft and haberdashery shop in south East London. If i am going to sell it i better learn how to do it....I also love vintage and admiring the fabulous things people make at home.

Has anybody tried eCrater.com? It's a storefront, not auctions. No fees. I haven't listed there yet.
ReplyDeleteeBay's just not the same over the last few years, so I'm looking for an alternate. I usually sell patterns or supplies; vintage, not new.
Have a great week!
Renee
I do know Violet White has some opinions on them both. You can find her blog here:

Good question - I just joined Etsy after giving up on eBay. Will check those others out too. Thanks for posting.
